Coopers do events at bars, 21+ for board members is relevant to not prevent board members from taking part. Herman suggests drafting amendments, making available to full membership review with upcoming voting cycle
Coopers membership has grown since protests started, David has new members to add to roll for a full count update
Reach out to Hartford or Miami supporters in regards to a possible teal smoke trade or acquisition
Need to reach out to the full membership to ask the team when the team will have open Q&A as has been promised and not scheduled
David: suggesting putting out messaging to Coopers members to do monthly plan instead of full purchase season tickets, put in Newsletter?

Planning new banners, potential Tosch banner to hang, new player support banner for the capo stand/Eastern Conference Final in progress
Proposal: repay those who paid out of pocket for recent tifos/banners
- David makes a motion to reimburse recent tifo makers paying out of pocket in the amount of $500, Martin seconds, unanimous vote.

Next Years Membership/2022:

scarves; Braeden won previous scarf design competition and received prize.
- Motion to explore new design for 10 year anniversary scarf: Unanimous decision to explore additional design options.
- Discussion regarding timeline for new design and opening new memberships up
Will want to wait longer than some other seasons, may have a new star to highlight on gear

David wants to put together something like a player card, TOPPS-esque. Focus on Josh?
- Recoup costs and donate remainder to a charity of Josh's choosing

Jessica worked with LCL on Eastern KY Flood Relief on Amazon Wishlist, low performing event. Will need to promote more for similar drives in the future
November charity – TBD. Potentially Center for Women & Families. Donation drive? Day of volunteer service?
December charity – Kentucky Refugee Ministries. Plans to come. Team will be doing their own thing separate from the SGs this year
