Simple 990 can be filled out. Felice will get it filed Friday. The taxes will be $50-100.
Felice will need to talk to the IRS for the other tax payment.
Bank account balance is $1746.
24 memberships, 19 coins, and 10 kits sold.
The $80 membership with the kit is only available through 2028-02-28 to allow us to place the
order.
Due to issues in past years, we are not doing handshake deals with our partners this year. We
need an agreement filled out.
Flannagan’s will have the room available for us to use for watch parties. We just need to let
them know.

John Richardson has volunteered to join the Coopers board. Nicole appoints him to be a
Member at Large, which is approved by all present.
Next board meeting will be at Flannagan’s on Wednesday, 2026-02-11 at 7:30 PM.
Matt will get quotes for coins and scarves for next meeting.
