Aiden Turpin will assist with social media. We will get him the login information.

Treasury Report:
Nicole wants to put $80 of the money she is owed for membership and be repaid $70.

Felice moves to do this. Braeden seconds. All vote in favor. Jessica has been paid.

Donations to Gilda’s Club – $500 and Alzheimer’s Association – $500 were paid, and Alzheimer’s Association sent us a letter of appreciation.

Checks are $28.99 for a book of 100. We will order them.
We will look into finding our business cards or ordering new ones.
Bank account is at $1032.
Matt is owed $580. He will probably apply some of it to memberships for 2026. PO Box Fee is in excess of $200. We get only junk mail. We will close it.

Cludkers in Jeffersonville will host games and give us a 20% discount on food with the

coin. We can get their upstairs with a server.

Flannigans is hosting our holiday party and may become a pub partner. They are offering several specials, which we will publicize.

Goodwood is offering 20% off of food.
Harry’s in Jeffersonville and Wicks on Bardstown are other locations of interest.

We will work on pricing for scarves, coins, and kits.

Alex White will be donating shirts and hoodies again in a variety of sizes.

We discussed reviving the 200 proof recognition and how to handle it. A section on the website could be used to recognize them.

Branding: We will standardize on the “cleavers” logo.
Vector logos need to be collected, cleaned up, and put on the Google Drive.

We need to collect board member emails to the club so we can be kept up to date on smoke training and similar.

We need an access review for basically everything that has an account.

2026 Membership:
$25 for membership with a scarf
$30 for membership with a scarf and coin.
$80 for a membership with a scarf, coin, and 2026 kit. (This option may not be available beyond March.)
Matt moves for this pricing structure. Felice seconded. All voted in favor.

Kit, coin, and scarf designs are agreed upon. Side b of the scarf needs some refinement before being finalized.

Committee appointments are for next month’s meeting. Meeting adjourned.
