Meeting Minutes:
Scarves and coins are in. Delivery has begun.
23 memberships already in 2025. 4 were comped for scarf contest and services rendered.
We need to find someone who knows Tom Farmer to help us close the old bank account in some way.
Reimbursement outstanding:

Square alternatives:
Zettle is an alternative that Braeden has used. He will research it as an alternative to Square.
Matt donated $10 for Angel’s Share in lieu of ever keeping track of his old alumninum can tabs.
Jess has received $40 in additional donations, for a total of $50 towards Angel’s Share.
Angel’s Share charity for May is Crusade for Children. We need to ask the front office for possible volunteers.
The 29th is the Detroit game, and we are looking at that as our St. Baldrick’s game.
Jess and Braeden will reach our to their contacts in Detroit to see if they want to participate.
We can do scarf raffles.
We are still waiting on official word on having people at the Lexington preseason match.
The Bluegrassico bell is coming along nicely.
Jessica appoints Nicole Lemmel as member at large. Matt moves to approve the nomination. Derek seconded. All present voted in favor.
Front office preseason supporter group meeting is still in the works. We hope to have it in the next week or two.
Nicole is working on the March to the Match, incorporating all of the SG’s.
Jess is still waiting on word on the season ticket prices.
Matt will set up a Bluesky and make sure he has access to all of the social media accounts.
Braeden is volunteering to design a tifo for (redacted) this year and lead the charge. Ask the Harpers about who to contact or who has the leftover paint.
Tailgaters’ away games are Pittsburgh, Detroit, Indy, and Lexington.
We need to clean up and update the chants page.
Board photos for the website need to be updated.
Derek will work on newsletters.
