Treasurer’s Report:

Last month $1005.46 of merch sold, 3381.26 in donations, 4886.72 in the bank account, 1333 of merch purchased, ran election, paid g suite, paid godaddy, $186 on IT and services

7364.01 closing balance.

With things going out for charity donations that are due, and $400 for shipping of LouCity ladies

4444.05, remaining 1706.24 in our remaining balance.

145 memberships sold, 113 remaining.

New Business:

Look at implementing rules and regulations that could be added to the constitution that would pertain to CAPO and Drumming that would need to be met in order to be a participant in those activities.

Old Business:

Coopers General Meeting from 7-9 at Hometown on Preston Highway on December 21^st.

Michele promises to not message for 2 months

COMMITTEE nominations:

Might want to look at getting nominations for the January meeting to be the heads of the committee
Matt Dalton wants to be the Pro Skater 4 Tony Hawk Committee

Ops committee: Needs to be broken up into CAPO, Tifo, Podcast, etc.

Proposed a Media/Game Day Ops instead

Ideas of a head of Groove Machine/Capo/Tifo to run the committee

Looking to get someone to head up the Angel Share for the coming year

Months are an option to possibly pick up, with individual charities being run per month

Joe with Harbor House in April, Pride in June, Power Soccer, etc.
