Should we stop doing the chant?

– Remove come on City Score a Goal (Camp Town Races) chant
– Make social media and / or blog posts about it
– Remove from the website.

Capos: Informally managed by Glenn.  Jay will offer to make it an official thing.

Membership and Fulfillment:

Matt will do it in the short run.  We need someone long term for merch and fulfillment.
Combine match day distribution with events and personal delivery. 
Brianna is willing to take on merch.

– Speak with Evan to set up match day distribution and implement it.
– Set up other events and/or individual delivery
– Put out social media messaging.

Topic: Media

Jay would like to branch out and incorporate new writers.  We need someone to coordinate that.
Secretary needs to move more to a records keeper role.  The Secretary can still address incoming issues, but making social media posts and blog entries should fall under a media position.
Committee positions are positions of responsibility in the absence of authority.
Barrel Proof basically runs itself, but we don’t have one person responsible.

Matt Owens will check if we need a motion to place Mathew Ballard in charge of media committee

Topic: Angel’s Share

We need someone to step up and take responsibility for Angel’s Share.
Basic idea: Find 12 causes for the year.  Reach out to people.  Ask what we can do.
Jorge suggests a quarterly charity as voted on by the community.
Matt suggests that we have a goal of one charity before end of 2020.
