Board vacancies

Jessica nominated Felice Smith for the role of Treasurer. All present voted in favor. This is a mid-year position and will be up for vote again in Summer 2026.

Kits, Jackets, and Hats

We needed to sell 10 jackets and only sold 6. We only got 3 of 20 hats.
We will give up on the hats and see about reimbursement.
We will make a push until end of August for the jackets.
On 9/1, we will close them and put the pink kits on sale.

Financials

Current balances: $1191.57
Jessica reimbursement: $589 remaining
Matt reimbursement: $645 remaining
Taxes for 2024 Q4, 2025 Q1, and 2025 Q 2

Angel’s Share

Alzheimer’s Walk is Sunday, October 19 at 1:30. The ceremony is at 2:30, and the walk is at 3. If any players are available, we would like to invite them to get involved. The team is at OC the day before.
We are going to do a pink/purple ribbon. Nicole will take care of those and reach out to George Davis for help contacting people.
Summer kit proceeds will go to Gilda’s Club.
October Kit will go on sale on or around 9/1.
We are working with the Railbirds and doing a kit swap to raise money for breast cancer.

Logins

Coopers accounts should be in the name of the Coopers, not individuals. We will change them where able.

Membership

We have 136 members.
All membership kits to be shipped have been shipped.

Social Media

We will put out a message with the Indy and Pittsburgh visiting supporter links.
Nicole will reach out ton Rhode Island FC about a link.
Who is our social media person other than Jeremy?
Bryan can do Instagram. Matt can do the rest.
We will start featuring some chants before each game.
Vamos Morados, We are Family, and We are Louisville City will go first.
Remind people of the march. If they can’t join at the bottom of the stairs, join at the fan zone.

Old Merch Sales

Old scarf/pin sales – $10/$5 (Matt)
They have mostly dried up, and the tent has collapsed.
A discount may be the way to go.
