As we move towards the 2023 season, the Coopers board has drafted a few updates to the Coopers By-Laws. We are posting both updates below with links to their relevant sections for membership review:

Article II, Section B 2

  1. General Membership: General membership shall be open to anyone regardless of age. Voting rights as an elected officer of the Board shall be restricted to those over the age of 21. Each individual member, over 18, shall be entitled to one vote in any matter or question before the active membership of Coopers.

​​Article VI, Section B 1

  1. All officers must be at least twenty one (21) years of age before the elections.

Article VI, Section B 2

  1. No person may hold more than one elected office at any time, including holding office with another officially recognized Supporter Group.
